Climate control no one can see. Our work builds on doctoral research into building energy optimisation at UCL. We focus on predictive control that anticipates conditions before they happen, rather than reactive rule-based systems. Our first commercial pilot is in a UK commercial asset; the platform is designed for buildings and climates worldwide.

Founder & CEO
PhD researcher in artificial intelligence at UCL and Windsor Fellowship Scholar, sponsored by PGIM Real Estate, specialising in AI-driven optimisation of HVAC systems. Strong background in finance, consulting and business, having previously worked at J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management and as a technology venture consultant.
Chief Scientific Officer
PhD candidate in mathematics with 8+ years leading AI innovation in building automation and energy optimisation. Former Head of AI at Arloid Automation, where he architected AI systems controlling 700+ building devices, achieving 30% energy savings and 20% coolant reduction across commercial portfolios.
Head of Platform Engineering
Delivered 10+ production SaaS deployments. Published researcher on multi-agent RAG frameworks and creator of the Dimensia Python library for enterprise LLM optimisation. Award-winning engineer (Maharashtra State Design Award 2023; first place in the TechGig Data Science Challenge; top 10 in the HackerEarth ML Challenge). Former Head of R&D at Agnotic Solutions.
