Privacy notice
Last updated 22 October 2026
Who we are
Inovee Limited (“INOVEE AI”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about privacy at contact@inovee.ai.
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you use the form on this site we collect your name, email address, company or organisation (if given), the type of enquiry, your message and, if you ask for a call, the subject you would like to discuss. We use this to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Updates by email. If you tick the box asking for updates, we keep your name and email address to send you occasional news about INOVEE AI. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any update or by emailing us.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) to operate and secure the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where your data is held
Enquiries are stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the London (eu-west-2) region and delivered to our company email, which is provided by Google Workspace. The website itself is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes the server logs described above and may do so outside the UK. These providers act as our processors under data-processing terms, including safeguards for any international transfers. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties except these providers and where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the date of your last message, then deleted. Email-update subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for no more than 90 days.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability where it applies. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@inovee.ai. We respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We will update this notice if our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top. See also our terms of use.
